Your tasks: * Equipment installation/debugging including production and lab equipment and others * Scheduling of maintenance, preventive maintenance, improvements, cleaning, etc * Manage and direct maintenance personnel to ensure maximum asset availability and minimum downtime. Train subordinates the proper and effective way to operate setup and trouble shooting all facility machineries * Develop and prepare process flow and WI for all facility systems routine and preventive maintenance programs * Continuous implement improvement program on all facility functional works to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness * Perform facility and equipment audits to assure a well maintained facility and practice continuous improvement * Evaluate spare parts needs and maintain acceptable inventory integrity. Effective cost control on all facilities utilization and minimize energy wastage * Perform any other duties as assigned by his supervisor to support the operation Your profile: * 10 years working experience in machine management * Well experience on electrical safety, machine guarding, ergonomics, occupational health and behavior based safety management * Equipment maintenance related working experience.
