崗位主要職責 Key Responsibilities：
1. 課前備課及教具準備，課堂授課；
Preparing and teaching age-appropriate, well-structured lesson plans.
2. 提供和維護個英語教學環境；
Providing an English language environment for students.
3. 完成英語教學相關任務（如周計劃、親子分享、期末評語等）；
Completing academic tasks and paperwork in line with school expectations.
4. 積極參與會議、培訓、團建活動等；
Attending staff meetings, training sessions, school activities, etc.
5. 完成教學主任或園長安排的相關任務。
Completing other related tasks assigned by the English Coordinator and Principals.
6. Note: Teachers will be expected to be able to speak in English at ALL times when with the students. (No Chinese near students.)
任職要求 Requirements/Qualifications：
1. 本科及以上學曆
，專業英語8級
，持有教師從業資格證者或國外讀書經驗優先考慮；
2. 熱愛孩子和英語教育事業，有責任心，性格開朗、陽光，綜合素質高；
3. 英語口語流利，發音標準、地道
；較強的聽寫能力
4. 良好的工作溝通能力、團隊合作精神
；始終保持積極樂觀的心態
5. 基本掌握Word、Excel、PPT等基本辦公軟件應用。
