主要職責： • 人員管理工作--計劃團隊日常或短期任務重點。管理員工及設置個人目標。培訓員工，支持個人發展，就員工招聘、績效考核和表揚獎勵等方麵提出主要意見 • 協助店鋪經理
，管理一個或者多個商店職責（銷售
、推銷、經營
、會計等）或者管理大型商店的特定銷售區/業務 • 店鋪經理不在時，履行所有店鋪管理職責 • 直接監督部門經理、員工和/或顧客服務 • 製定商店活動的統計和敘述報告 • 與產品部/視覺團隊進行交流
，監督店鋪現場陳列改善和維修 • 協助店鋪經理提供高檔消費者體驗和員工體驗，實施/執行全球和區域計劃，提升銷售業績 • 要求：大專學曆以上，有至少4年零售工作經驗

，一年以上管理經驗；能夠根據工作需要從事相應的體力工作
；能夠接受零售行業的靈活排班 • Plans the work of employees with a daily or short-term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards. • Assist Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a large volume store. • Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager (Head Coach) • May have direct supervision of Dept. Managers (Coaches), associates (athletes) and/or Customer Service • Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities • May communicate with GMM/Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance • Assist SM in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business • results. • Qualifications: College degree or above, 4 years retail experience, including 1 year management experience
