Operational Excellence:
* Supports Lean production system deployment and maturity.
* Supports and leads focused improvement and optimization
projects/initiatives covering Safety, Quality, Delivery, Engagement and Cost
(SQDEC).
* Conducts training in continuous improvement methodologies and mentors
others in the application of these methods.
* Facilitates/assists business process management and the teams supporting
continuous improvement.
* Supports all site functions/areas in problem solving and continuous
improvement. Contributes to/Drives business process management and helps to
ensure sites have installed and are effectively practicing business processes.
Business Support:
* Coordinate stakeholders to develop Site Business Plan as part of site
strategy. Leads and maintains site strategy realization.
* Lead functions to development, implementation and monitoring of site goals
and KPI’s through strategy deployment.
* Oversees site Project Portfolio which includes product technical transfers,
CAPEX and business projects.
* Provides oversight for the Business Continuity Management and Risk
Management at the site.
* Promote site level communication and sharing through network.
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Leadership Competencies
* 5 years professional experience (e.g. manufacturing, quality, materials
management), depending on hiring level
* Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement programs with
quantifiable business results, depending on hiring level

* Fosters a culture of continuous improvement
* Advanced facilitation skills and change agent abilities, with the ability
to lead people indirectly and through influence
